Cake in Italy

Cake I will not miss a single date in Italy to live. After seven years of absence, the indie band finally arrived in Sacramento in the beautiful country to present the sixth studio album, "Showroom of Compassion", released in January to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the group's career. Soon after the release, the disc jumped to the top of the Billboard Top 200 Charts and first on the U.S.

chart. John McCrea, Vincent DiFiore, Xan McCurdy and Gabriel Nelson will be performing on 6 July at Circolo Magnolia Milan. The first new release since her divorce from Columbia and the landing Upbeat Records independent label. It 'was recorded in Sacramento using a studio powered by a 100 percent "green" energy, ie produced by solar panels.

As usual, the composition of the pieces have been entrusted mainly to the lead singer John McCrea and Cake were the same to take care of production. Prior to the album the band released the single "Sick Of You," which reflects the classic style of the collective, with McCrea's voice hovering between spoken and sung, and who has reached the top 5 U.S.
